My style is hands on. Strategy BRRRR. Active investor 20 years then remained idle for 10 and sold out. Grandchildren in their teens. I am now back to investing to provide 3 grandchildren a minimum of 4 homes. One grandchild with 8 plus. All to be given free and clear of debt.
