About myself
I am a NYS licensed salesperson with Cross Country Realty out of Melville, NY. I am from eastern Long Island and currently own 3 units in Binghamton as student rentals. The brokerage I am with is the #1 brokerage on the east coast in short sales and helping distressed owners in pre-foreclosure. I would love to network with other local investors on here by bringing the value of having distressed deals come across my desk on a daily basis and by being an expert on hyperlocal market conditions and accessing accurate ARVs and rents.
