After 20 + years of real estate investing, the next logical step was to open a private lending company: Turning Point Lending. We balance sheet our bridge products: fix and flip, fix and hold, as-is bridge and ground up construction and act as a correspondent for our permanent financing loans. For our bridge products, we strictly do business purpose loans and our Borrowers need to be entities. We do not make bridge loans in people's personal names. We lend all over the country.
