Hi, my name is James Faillettaz. I am the founder and CEO of Verus Praedium Holding. Since 2019, I have started three more companies: Revolution Renting, Revolution Property Investing, and Revolution Construction. Revolution Renting aims to transform the tenant-landlord experience by creating housing opportunities that are more attainable, and rejecting antiquated barriers to high-quality living. Revolution Property Investing acquires neglected and mistreated residential properties and renovates them with a focus on livability. Revolution Construction is innovating building and design by using software and internal systems to accelerate the construction timeline.
