I'm a full time professional in the field of drug development and clinical research. I thoroughly enjoy my work, but believe that the only sure way to ensure my future financial independence is to begin learning and investing now. My dad always told me that getting into real estate was the best financial decision that he's ever made, and I have always wanted to do the same. As my investing in my hometown of San Diego is outrageously expensive as an entry point, I have begun to research out of state opportunities and strategies.
