About myself
I am the founder and sole owner of Three Hills Properties LLC, www.threehillsproperties.com and Emma's Acres LLC, www.emmasacresllc.com. I offer high end 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in Ithaca and surrounding towns. I believe in offering apartments that are higher in quality than my competitors in order to attract the best, long term, tenants. I have also made extensive investments in renewable energy. Each of my houses feature solar hot water systems and some have solar electric systems. I believe strongly that renewable energy and overall energy efficiency is the right thing to do.
