I own 14 single family rentals in southeast PA (13 3BR, 1 2BR). My real estate business goal is to provide quality homes to families with a focus on positive cash flow. I achieved a savings goal and left my W-2 job in 2023 to tend to my real estate business full time and start a lending business. My focus now is paying down rental mortgages to boost cash flow while developing my lending portfolio, before my traditional retirement savings runs out.
