My goal is to create a portfolio of at least three cash flowing properties via BRRRR (or only moderate make up work) by 2023. Currently, I own two properties and looking to invest in a third by Summer 2022. I am interested in finding like minded investors who are fascinated with analyzing deals, sharing knowledge on systems, discussing tenant screening, and how to diversify a portfolio. I am an officer in the United States Air Force. I have authored a children's book. Prior, I lived in Breckenridge, Colorado and worked as a snowboard instructor. My hobbies entail snowboarding, basketball, soccer, reading, hiking, camping, traveling, running, piano, music, and learning.
