Experience: I have worked in the MDU real estate space for my career with TELUS - working with resident managers, landlords, property managers and stratas putting special offers on home services into place. Currently working in the new commercial development space for TELUS and work with developers to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. After becoming more knowledgeable about real estate through some of the landlords I've worked with sparked the idea to get into the market - something I should have done a long time ago. To date, I've purchased 5 rental units in Chilliwack and 1 in Burnaby. I've just sold one of the Chilliwack properties in 2020 for a 103% ROI after taxes after a period of just under 3 years.
