James McCreary

Hello there! Great to meet you, my name is James. I got my start into real estate in 2017 in Dallas. Fast forward to now (skipping over much sleep deprivation, tears, and sweat!), I have a team of 4 other stellar operators and we acquire various commercial assets, mostly multifamily across the country. As a Christian, my team and I have adopted a model of "impact investing" by giving and developing the community in which our properties reside. The city literally is a better place because we "invested" in this asset, which is a connected part of the local ecosystem. For me personally, real estate is the best vehicle to leverage to ultimately do good. It's not about the money, the number of units, or how many deals you have. It's the motive, the heart, and the vision. Serving others while doing well for yourself to keep that cycle sustainable. I am always open to connecting, sharing, and learning, so feel free to send me a message. I will always respond! Have a great day fellow real estate journeyman, let's change the world through real estate.
