Rental Property Investor
I have been investing in rental properties since 2018 and living in the Seattle area for the past 5 years. I am interested in single family and 2-4 unit multis. To date I have house hacked two duplex’s in the Tacoma area and purchased a single family in Bellevue. I am now looking at out-of-state investments in areas with more favorable rent/price ratios.
