I'm new to the real estate investing world, but am currently working as a design engineer in San Diego. I'm very entrepreneurial and got my MBA in the fall, and am always looking for an opportunity for a good side hustle to build passive income. The more I've learned about real estate investing the more I see the great potential in this space, and would love to connect with like-minded individuals who are new or experienced! In the short-term I'm looking into house hacking/BRRRR in San Diego but interested in OOS opportunities as well!
