I am am employed at a large commercial contracting company as a Lead Project Manager. I successfully manage multiple projects at +/- 30 million daily and manage all manpower and cash flow. I estimate, negotiate and execute the contracts. I am 39 looking to have enough passive income to quit my profession at 55. My daughter had a liver transplant 12 years ago and I am just now back to even. If I miss 30 days of paychecks I will have nothing. Although I am paid well...past financial decisions hold me back from having the cash or financing to invest. Education before action!
