James Snelling

A leader in the commercial real estate arena, James ( Jim ) Snelling is the CEO of JaMar Properties Inc. Founded in 1993, JaMar specializes in multi family apartments, mixed use buildings, and smaller commercial spaces all to create passive income.  Under Jim’s leadership, JaMar property Inc. has been creating passive income through their real estate portfolio for the last four decades.  Albeit hard work, Jim has proven the passive income real estate model made his dreams come true.  Over the years, Jim specialized  in midsize apartment buildings. His background spams from land acquisitions, building  brand new construction and revitalizing older apartment buildings. The focus and success of JaMar has been in creating and building a passive income stream in the multi family housing market. Piecing together numerous sub markets of real estate, Jim created a passive income steam to create the life he dreamed about growing up poor in the Midwest.  Recently, I’ve begun a collaborative podcast called “THE BANKER. When not working, Jim loves personal fitness training, taking his dog on walks at his Hawaiian beach rental and deep sea fishing in Alaska.”
