I am a Realtor and investor in the Dallas/Collin County area of North Texas. Experience: Completed and sold a rehab in Dallas. Became a Realtor to help my investing and found myself working on a couple commercial listings and a residential listing. UPDATE: I've been a successful Realtor for 9 years now, and successfully and profitably rehabbed a Plano home in the meantime. I've sold land, HUD homes, REO's, New homes, Luxury homes, homes in need of a lot of repair and everything in between! I have a good eye and attention to detail, both on the properties and in the contracts. My biggest compliment from my clients is my attention to them and desire to help them reach their goals. Real Estate Goals: My goals include finding 5-10 investors for the North Texas area who are looking to buy and hold and/or fix and flip or fix and hold. Continue to grow my referral business for regular buyers and sellers (vast majority of my business is referral based). Save enough money to be able to purchase more fix and flips as well as buy and hold properties. Unlike most Realtors I know how to find good turnkey properties with high cash-flow starting day 1.
