Hey y'all, I'm a new RE investor living in Austin, TX with my partner. I have an extensive sales background of over 20 years with the last year or so in the proptech space. I'm a former RE agent out of the NYC area where I was born and raised. Looking to dive head first into REI and planning to purchase an SFR or two this year to ultimately rent out as an STR, MTR or LTR - whichever makes the most sense with market conditions.
