I am also the Airbnb Host Community Leader for the state of Kentucky organizing STR events and promoting the "live like a local" mindset for hosts state wide. I specialize in short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, long term rentals, and self storage. I'll take a look at any deal that comes my way though. That's not all - I also have experience in apartment syndication. I was a former Quality Assurance Associate at The DeRosa Group. Working with the Commercial Real Estate Syndications Construction Manager to inspect rental units to meet company standards. During my time with DeRosa the company acquired over 1,000 units in Lexington, KY making them one of the largest landlords in the area. But it's not just about buying properties for me. I believe in lifting others up and helping them succeed in the real estate industry. That's why I was the President of the Montgomery County Residential Renters Association for 6 years (now on the board), and an administrator of the multiple Facebook Real Estate Investor Groups for Kentucky. Through these groups and my own personal efforts, I deliver valuable content and resources to other investors. “A rising tide lifts all boats” is a favorite saying of mine, and I try to live this mantra by educating and growing others.
