About myself
I am just getting into investing and am currently a sponge soaking up all knowledge I can get my hands on. I'm a Data Analyst by day, so I'm sifting through whatever information I can find to zero in on which area to dive into once I'm ready. BRRRR seems like it will be my strategy of choice so I can keep recycling my down payments into new properties. I'm primarily interested in cashflow.
