I'm a Colorado Native working to build my real estate portfolio along the Front Range. I currently have 2 buy-and-hold single family homes and plan to purchase a 3rd in 2021. Aside from learning about REI and networking, I am also interested in part-time or full-time work in the REI industry! I'd love to connect with mentors, female entrepreneurs, and potential employers! Experience: I purchased my first home in 2016 and spent about a year fixing it up on nights and weekends. After the projects were finished, I quickly realized that real estate investing would be a means of early financial freedom and also a lifestyle/culture that I wanted to be a part of. I have experience in real estate administrative work, software testing, project management, customer service, hospitality, and small business management. Real Estate Goals: 2020: Build reserves & save $ for next purchase, make new real estate connections, and grow my real estate knowledge and experience - especially within the scope of rentals. Next year/2021: Purchase 3rd buy-and-hold property; continue expanding connections and knowledge. Next 5 years: Quit 9-5 job; spend time traveling, volunteering and starting a community-centered coffee shop.
