I founded a real estate team in Baltimore, MD which I still help run. My "genius zone" is helping sellers make strategic property improvements to maximize their profits. I started as a solo practitioner in 1999 and grew to a team of 4 in 2012. I also own and manage two short term rental properties in Naples, FL. I am presently determining my next act, whether it be co-hosting, acquiring more STRs, or branching into LTR.
