I'm a data-driven business development technology professional. In my career I've sold everything from Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to Online Test Proctoring software to consulting services for NASA and the Department of Energy. I currently work from home as the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager for a company that builds 3D-printed, autonomous, electric shuttles! I've long had an interest in real estate, even taking courses and getting my Arizona license in 2018. Unfortunately, just after that I started a job that required 60-70 hours (yuck) and many hobbies and interests fell by the wayside. Now, with a flexible work from home job, I'm back to it. Goal #1 is to make use of my license to make and learn as much as possible. Goal #2 is a 3-4 unit BRRR/house hack combo. When not reading real estate books and websites, I enjoy biking, snowboarding, and grilling.
