I want to get back in to real estate. I bought my first property in 1998 and with in three years bought 2 more properties. All of them were flips, I made 20-30k per flip... I have not bought since then... I want to get back in the game.... I see a lot of what is taught is for Americans... Is there anyone who does this in Canada?
