I'm a former CV/ICU RN who used my covid pay to start investing in rental houses. We're up to seven houses on six properties across ND, OK, and AZ. My husband farms part of the year, and works seasonally for a major airline when he isn't farming. We spend the rest of the time traveling with our young daughters, and researching every housing market we travel through.
