I live in Iowa City, IA with my wife and two daughters. I grew up here but after college I moved to Oregon for 10 years where I met my wife (who also happened to be a native Iowan) and began my investing career with a house hack followed by several flips. We moved back about 10 years ago, bought a few rentals and are always looking for the next deal.
