I am passionate about real estate and the people I will help along the way throughout this journey to financial freedom. I jumped into real estate with my first purchase of a two story townhouse in 2014 owner occupied and I knew that purchase was going to jump start my real estate portfolio. My first thought was to complete the BRRRR strategy that everyone talks about doing when investing in real estate. The first couple of years staying in the property where key points in my life as I continued to gain knowledge about becoming a real estate investor and also learning about self managing my future rental property. Fast forward to September of 2017 I began to take action with starting the rehab part of the BRRRR strategy and was able to successfully complete a full rehab before the Christmas Holidays. I can say my first experience with the rehab process alone came with a lot of great lessons that I can learn from when doing my next flip or rehab project. I can tell you at the end seeing a final finish is what motivated me to want to do more.
