I work for a commercial appraisal company (we specialize in large multifamily properties) which has really fueled my interest in real estate. I have my RE license and hope it will help me with RE investing. My husband and I are currently looking for our first investment in the Richmond, Virginia area and are interested in learning as much as we can.
