Jana Hristova

I am a property manager in Tampa Bay area. Our company manages over 100 properties for clients and I have some of my own. It seems that real estate is in my blood. My grandfather was a builder. I didn't think I would follow his footsteps but I got actively involved in real estate in 2002 and this has been my full-time occupation and passion since then. I have done flips with partners, bought properties at the Courthouse, listed and sold hundreds of properties. Currently, my focus is the long-term real estate investment and property management.
