I was a landlord in my past life and decided that after about 15 years that I no longer wanted to do this. I work a w-2 job in the software industry and would like to flip houses part time after retiring from that job. In order to do that, I am trying to get a few flips under my belt first since I am within 5 years of that goal. UPDATE: 12/2020 Retired from my W-2 job earlier this year. Finishing another buy and hold in another month and helping my son with his first Buy and Hold across the country. Love to pass it on and help my kids learn and help them grow in this industry.
