I'm now a stay-at-home mom of 2 awesome kids! I was recently laid off (which was a blessing in disguise) and trying to figure out a way to efficiently supplement my missing income while having a flexible/ self-managing schedule. My hubby and I have fathomed multiple times in investing in a multiplex, but have not YET pulled the trigger. The conversation keeps resurfacing so here I am joining the Bigger Pockets community to start seriously researching and analyzing investing in our first multiplex!
