My husband Ryan and I are from the Milwaukee, WI area. We purchased our first property in 2016, our second in 2019, and now working on our third in 2020. We will soon have 7 units with 6 rented out and will continue the snowball we started. My father (a master carpenter/contractor) also moved back to Wisconsin from the east coast to help us with our real estate goals. Our careers are both growing exponentially and have highly contributed to our future dreams. We finally welcomed our first little one in January 2020 and want real estate to bring us financial freedom. Experience: We purchased our first home in March '16 that had a 1BD/1BA rental unit. We lucked out by having a friend rent from us for 1.5 years and recently working to learn more about running applications to a new renter. Real Estate Goals: Financial freedom and ability to start a family with passing income. Currently Seeking: Our second buy and hold to begin our journey.
