Chattanooga go-givers finding off market, deeply discounted properties. PM or text/call 423.380.9808 to see our deals first. Do you know other investors interested looking for deals? We enjoy helping anyone obtain financial freedom and cashflow. Working in Chattanooga, Tennessee and North Georgia and Bozeman, Montana. We've got wholesaling connections all over, so tell me where you're looking if it's not in my area. Our "Why" for real estate investing is to serve others and show Jesus's love full time through practical ministry and missionary work- Accomplishing that by having our monthly expenses covered by rental income. Our daughter is almost three years old and we want to show her that life is defined by the people you help and share memories with..not by the job that keeps you away from things you love 40+ hours per week.
