I've been investing in St. Louis County since late 2015. I have been a licensed real estate broker in San Diego CA since 2012 and I was a realtor for 4 years prior to that. So far I have purchased 7 houses in St.Louis. 6 of them are rentals. I moved to St. Louis in November of 2016 I purchased 2 rental properties. In 2017 I purchased 4 more rental investments. I am working on getting my St Louis Brokers license over the next year. I can't wait to put a deal together on Bigger Pockets! Real Estate Goals: I'd like to purchase 10 more rental properties in St.Louis by 2019 and achieve financial freedom by 2021. Living off passive income is my goal.
