In 2018 I began real estate investing in Philadelphia and since then have acquired three properties for a total of five units. My current goals include improving and refinancing existing properties, and buying 2-3 more in 2019. Year one was NOT easy- and I learned some hard lessons real fast! Happy to talk to anyone who is new to real estate investing about what has worked, and what hasn't :)
