My wife and I are part time RIs that are planning to move into full time investing over the next year. Experience: We currently own, in addition to our residence, a 15 plex, a 36 plex, a 60 unit mini storage and two single families. We are mostly interested in small to midsize commercial properties that will be "B" cat properties once they are appraised. Real Estate Goals: To diversify our property types to include a mix of income levels and geographic locations. Explore other investing options including fix and flip, wholesale, turn key multi family and development or re-development.
