Since I came to Florida in 1991, I have been investing in real estate in Naples since that first week I got here. There have been a lot of changes in Real Estate here, but I have always been able to see where the market was going. I got my real estate license in 2003 and have been working at our own Real estate company: "Best properties of Florida" till 2010. I had to start over in 2011 and over the years managed to accumulate 7 properties in the Bayshore Ars District (BAD) in Naples. One of the being Holland House, a small vacation rental resort in the middle of this district. HH is for sale by the way. I have been running Sober Living Houses here and am now planning on building a small Artist Village here in BAD, to house aspirating Artist with affordable Loft suites. I finished building my first 2 story (3000sf) home in 2021. I now am in the process of building a second one right next to it. I am looking for investors in my projects, especially for the Artist Village.
