Hi. I live in the northern edge of Arkansas and work in the southern edge of central Missouri. My husband and I are in the medical field and have a small farm and have decided to sell and start investing. We are drawn to mobile home parks, after looking at multi-family properties. We want to invest in the West Plains, MO area. We became interested after being referred to Rich Man Poor Man and several of Robert's books, and we got the real estate fever. Update: My husband and I have purchased 2 mobile home parks and running them. We are very happy with our choices. This moved us to southern Missouri and my husband able to stop traveling for work and stay home and run the parks. We are on the look out for our next deal.
