Hey there! My name is Jared Trindade, I was originally born in MA, moved to NC when I was 7 did all my school here, and moved to Hawaii for a brief stint, until coming back to NC. I got started in the professional sales world with in home sales with Mattresses, Cutlery, Home Remodels, and sold cars in Fayetteville. I started my first business at 19 years old, and have a very entrepreneurial focus, with a high intensity prioritization of creating great relationships as I go. As a company we aim to provide a marketplace for investors. Nationwide we have nearly 1,000 licensed agents working with us, and have influence in almost every market. Our goal is to provide a one stop shop service, from sourcing property deals, to getting our investor closed with the seller, to offering lender services, and recommending a host of resources for our investors to use during/after closing on their deals with us. Personally my aim is to add value to our investors. I strive to be host a knowledge and staying on top of the market. I pride myself in being well equipped to inform an investor where their strategy makes the most sense, where wouldn't be viable, and what the temperature in that area is currently is.
