I'm a Seattle native. Have had my own rentals since 2003, and was "house-hacking" before I had heard that term. Now working as a Real Estate Broker, I seek to help investors or others looking for value-add opportunities. Experience: Aside from being involved in various degrees with family member deals, I've bought 7 and sold 3 of my own properties. Have experience with buy and hold, house hacking, boarding house, condo, SFR, short-term, and mid-term rentals. I've always done most of the work myself, and learned about tenant laws in Seattle and Washington State.
