My name is Jared, I'm extremely passionate and excited about the real estate investing journey. Actively seeking any opportunities to provide value to others and foster relationships/experience in real estate investing. Current areas of interest are the New York Hudson Valley, specifically Ulster County, and South County Rhode Island. My strategy is buy and hold investing, with involvement in other areas of real estate as necessary to support and facilitate my end goal- which is a portfolio of properties that produce significant passive income. Giving back to the people and places that contribute to my success is incredibly important to me.
