Jared Heinen

My name is Jared and I have been married for over two years to my wife, Kim. We have one son, Reid, who is 15 months old. My wife is a travel nurse so we spend a lot of time hiking and sight seeing. We currently reside in the Phoenix area. I was born and raised in northeast Nebraska and went to college at Wayne State where I studied Human and Sports Physiology. To date, I have one deal under my belt, a sfh in Tacoma, Washington that we currently rent out as a short term rental. I am interested in acquiring another property in the Omaha, Nebraska or Lincoln, Nebraska area, but am open to any and all deals and am trying to learn as much as I can in the meantime. I am interested in wholesaling and fix & flip.
