Jared Lawrence

Hi everyone! My name is Jared and I am so excited to be part of this community. Though I don’t have much experience in real estate or investing YET, I am so encouraged by testimonials where people have started out just like me with no money and no experience and are just nonstop getting it! I live in Smyrna, De and I have two jobs in Philadelphia. I commute about a 2 hour drive each way. I am a Superintendent for a large General Contractor in center city Philadelphia and I am also a wedding singer on the weekends. I am in my third year of marriage and we have an 8 month old. I’m working as hard as I can so my wife can stay home and support our little one’s special needs. He is a mini warrior! I came across the idea of real estate investing after listening to a bunch of videos by Robert Kiyosaki and he always mentions how much he loves real estate. I never thought it was something I could do until my aunt told me she was going into this field and would like me to help manage the construction because that’s my field of work. So I decided I wanted to get involved as well and build my own investment team. She told me to start on BP and listen to a podcast. I did that and found myself hooked. Right now I am educating myself and figuring out where to start. I hope to make many friends, grow and learn through interactions here at BP. Please feel welcome to reach out!
