My wife and I focus on investing in buy and hold properties. I have been involved in the rental business for several years, but recently started to build out our own portfolio. Right now we primarily dealing in Birmingham Alabama and greater Salt Lake City, Utah. We are all about helping others and hope to add some value here while learning from everyone here on BP.
