I am a young software developer looking to start my life off right by investing in real estate. I am currently interested in small multifamily, live-in flips, and house hacking. I am sure as I gain experience and confidence I will expand my real estate investing plan to include more niches. Experience: I have completed the purchase of my first property. It is a duplex I am currently house hacking. Real Estate Goals: On going goal run the numbers on at least 2 properties a week. Six month goal buy my first rental property. (Accomplished in about 12months) 2 year goal passive cash flow of $1,000 a month. Currently Seeking: Advice on finding off market properties. There is not much on the MLS in my area especially when looking for a small multifamily with 100 dollars per unit cash flow at the FHA 3.5% down.
