I'm a new investor doing research and building out my real estate investment strategy. My goals are to focus on long-term rental properties with an emphasis on BRRRRs and turnkeys that range between SFHs and 4-plexes. Given that I'm new, I'm currently focused on the Oklahoma market since that's where I'm originally from and still go back a few times a year to visit. I'm open to partnership ideas as a way to reduce the risk and learn faster, and I'm sure I'll do a combination of solo and partnership deals in the future given my long-term goals.
