Good day all BP users! I am currently a working pharmacist in Charlotte, NC always looking to gain education and eventually make our third SFH purchase in and around the Matthews, NC and south Charlotte area. I am very interested in networking and gaining more knowledge about the real estate market around this area and real estate investing in general. I realize there is much to gain in regards to real estate investing and am interested in primarily buy and hold properties at this time.
