In 2012, I spent nearly every spare hour reading, researching, and learning from investors who were already doing what I wanted to do. In 2013, I sold my dream car and used the money to buy my first three rental properties. Since then, I’ve worked across rentals, wholesaling, flipping, and hard money lending. Real estate eventually gave me the opportunity to leave the corporate world and pursue investing and entrepreneurship full time. I’m now the founder of Wholster, a mobile-first real estate investing platform built for active investors sourcing and moving off-market deals. Wholster helps investors uncover opportunities, research properties and owners, reach active buyers, and launch deals across multiple marketing channels. What started as a better way to market and move off-market properties has grown into a much larger platform—and much of what we build comes directly from the workflows, frustrations, and gaps I’ve encountered as an investor. I’m here to learn, share what I can, connect with the BiggerPockets community, and contribute to honest conversations about investing, property data, lead generation, buyer behavior, disposition, and real estate technology. Currently interested in connecting with active investors, operators, and others building useful products and services for the real estate investing industry.
