I have always had the entrepreneurial spirit and been passionate about pursuing freedom in all aspects of life. I decided to pursue real estate investing so that I can achieve time freedom in order to spend more of my time helping others achieve freedom within their lives! My investment experience and focus has been house hacking, wholesaling/flipping, purchasing and operating short term rentals, and have been also getting into multi family investing. I currently own 6 short term rentals in Gainesville, FL, 1 long term rental in High Springs, FL, I'm a partial owner of a 78-unit apartment complex in Phoenix, AZ, and a Limited Partner of a 48-unit apartment building in Des Moines, IA. I am also a licensed realtor and wholesaler in the North Central Florida market with a focus in Gainesville/Alachua County, FL, as well as Ocala, FL.
