I am the founder and managing partner of JMD Real Estate Investments, LLC and Valley ALF Ventures LLC. We are focused on acquiring and leasing both Assisted Living and Behavioral Health Facilities. We currently own 18 commercial properties along with 5 residential units in Arizona and Florida. Our portfolio currently consists of 247 licensed beds and over $19M AUM. We are looking to further scale our business both in Arizona as well as out of state.
