Have built several 100+ unit single family home rental portfolios in the "C" class level. Starting in 2017, I started buying mobile home and RV parks. I have fallen in love with them! This is all I buy anymore. In 2019, I partnered with Chris Koerner and Santee Hathaway to form Better Exit, LLC with the sole purpose of buying and holding mobile home and RV parks on a large scale.
