I work with Tom Olson and Olson Group. We build rental portfolios for investors. I worked with a team of salesmen that wholesaled 300 deals in 2016. Now, we provide turnkey rentals in NW Indiana to investors all over the country. Our clients invest in turnkey, Active Turnkey or in lending. I also host the Active Turnkey Podcast with Tom Olson where we discuss all things turnkey rentals. I married my wife in 2003 and we have four children. I'm also an passive investor looking to add more units to my portfolio.
